Local MLA Ayya has an opponent in the form of Karuppusamy, the son of a corrupt MLA who was killed by Ayya. Karuppusamy gains evidence for his father's murder and sends Ayya to jail.

Raghu returns to his village and learns that people are being terrorised by a notorious gang. His world comes crashing down when he realises that his sister is in love with the leader of the gang.
