Born and raised in Houston Texas. Joseph started his career as a singer at the age of 10. At the age of 21 he became the front man of the Tejano group (Vission) and toured all over the US along side musical giants such as Selena, and La Mafia. In 1998 the band debuted their album titled Vission. He moved to Los Angeles in 2003 after booking a series regular role on the television series Prison Break (Proof of Innocence) . You can watch him on television show The Cleaning Lady (FOX) and on the films Red Notice (Netflix), and Madres (Blumhouse / Amazon). You can also catch him recurring on numerous television shows such as Broke (CBS), Eastbound and Down, The Bridge, Criminal Minds, Anger Management, Brooklyn Nine Nine, NCIS Los Angeles, and Grey's Anatomy.
